Energy Dissipation and Fracture Mechanism of Layered Sandstones under Coupled Hydro-Mechanical Unloading

Rock burst is easy to occur in the water-rich roadway of coal mines, which closely related energy dissipation and fracture mechanism rocks under coupled hydro-mechanical (H-M) unloading. Therefore, combination with triaxial loading unloading process H-M coupling effect, mechanical test layered sandstones (TLUTP) was conducted. The were revealed. results show that: (1) influence angles on peak volumetric strain more sensitive than that confining pressure conventional (CTLTP). On contrary, TLUTP. (2) With increasing angles, elastic density CTLTP shows “W” shaped evolution characteristic, while TLUTP “N” characteristic. (3) “Energy Flow” chain proposed. Meanwhile, combined domino effect structural theory, are both conclusions obtained can provide certain fundamental theoretical references for effective prevention rock a roadway.
